This week I’m answering the question:
How do I get some much needed headspace?”
This is so common, especially when we get used to just spending our day in reactive mode – and when you’re in that mode it can feel tricky to know how to get out and get some headspace to process, reflect and plan.
So, if this is you, here’s my top tip.

What a great idea. Can’t wait to try this. Going to book some time in diary first thing tomorrow for a meeting with myself!
YAY! So pleased to hear that Lucy.
Great video – thanks for that! Im trying to take some time away and go for a walk or the gym during the day when working from home, get away from feeling guilty as am – 7pm is more than fine to take that time out!
Yes ditch the guilt Kevin. A walk, and gym will do wonders to re-charge you. Let me know how you get on.
From June I’m arranging one day a week working from home. This will give me space to meet with me and plan more of my work.
Perfect. Sounds like a great plan Louise 🙂
Really like this as a strategy- making a diary date with myself for next week. Head feeling clearer just being proactive doing that.
