How we work together

Coaching Skills for Leaders is a one day practical and interactive workshop, following on with 4 weeks of zoom calls and Whatsapp support to ensure integration and real world application.

As with any new skill, the learning doesn’t really start until the skills are practiced back in the workplace. This is why the zoom calls, and the Whatsapp support are essential.

Delegates are able to unpick their real life examples, ask questions, and celebrate wins as a group, all while being fully supported.

Fortnightly online sessions

We meet every two weeks on Zoom for a focused, two-hour session. These sessions are where thinking is challenged, perspectives are expanded, and real leadership conversations happen.

In-person days every two months

Every other month, the group comes together for a full, in-person day. These days allow space to step away from the noise, deepen the work, and build strong connection and trust within the group.

Coaching Skills for Leaders is run at a location of your choice. If possible it’s always better to book a venue away from the workplace to allow delegates to focus properly. The weekly calls will be held on Zoom.
