How we work together

The Leaders Circle is a 10-month mastermind for a group of Directors or Senior Leaders who want to grow.

The experience is designed to create growth, confidence and momentum over time.

All group sessions are facilitated by Barbara Nixon and combine thoughtful challenge, coaching, and high-quality peer conversation.

In addition to the group experience, each member receives three private 1:1 sessions (two hours each) to be used across the 10 months. These sessions are there to support you at key moments when you want focused thinking space, challenge, or deeper exploration.

  • Fortnightly online sessions
    We meet every two weeks on Zoom for a focused, two-hour session. These sessions are where thinking is challenged, perspectives are expanded, and real leadership conversations happen.
  • In-person days every two months
    Every other month, the group comes together for a full, in-person day. These days allow space to step away from the noise, deepen the work, and build strong connection and trust within the group.
  • Ongoing connection between sessions
    A private WhatsApp group provides space to ask questions, share insight and resources, and acknowledge progress and wins as they happen, keeping momentum alive between sessions.
