We meet at 9am for tea / coffee, for a 9.30am start
Accommodation
Accommodation isn’t provided, but is available at Swinton Park or in the nearby village of Masham.
Dress code: Comfortable clothes — I want you to feel comfy and at ease, and we’ll be doing some activities too, so you’ll want to be able to move easily.
Additional activities
There’ll be an ice-breaker in the morning and an afternoon activity. You won’t get wet (unless it starts to rain!) all designed to get us thinking differently, out of our comfort zone, and having a laugh. All activities are run by Live for Today
Notebooks and pens will be provided.
About Barbara
Barbara Nixon is one of the UK’s most experienced executive coaches working in the psychology of leadership identity, a trusted thinking partner to Managing Directors, Founders and senior leadership teams.
Across nearly 30 years, she has helped senior leaders elevate: closing the Identity Gap between who they are now and who their level demands them to become. Her conviction is that leaders rise not by working harder but by learning to lead themselves first.
