Welcome to Day 2.
Today is where we start to re-record over our negative statements with something a lot more positive.
Please let me know in the comments, any questions, thoughts and wins – and what your positive statements are.
Top tips here are:
- Make your affirmation in the present tense and not looking to the future. Eg ‘I am, not I will’
- Make it sound like something you’d say as you’re more likely to remember and believe it.
- Start with ‘I’ eg…I am good enough, I am confident etc
- Once you’re happy with it, share it with me, and put it everywhere to remind you. I put mine on the screensaver and wallpaper on my phone, next to the teabags at home, and on my mirror in my bedroom to keep reminding me which really worked.
