Today we’re going to be talking about something that has the key to help you feel less overwhelmed, much more productive and a lot more in control…and that is your diary.
What we tend to use our diary for is to block out time that we need to spend with other people.
However, today, you’re going to use your diary to block out some time that is just for you!
15-30 minutes a week to have a meeting with yourself!
So often we fly through our day because we’ve got loads of things that we have to do, and we don’t often give any thought to ourselves and what we need.
So, this meeting is a great time to:
By blocking that time off and doing this on a regular basis you’ll get into the habit of using this time just for you, and you’ll start to use this time as getting some much needed head space.
