Lessons from Leaders – Richard Maxwell

In this episode of Lessons from Leaders I chat with Richard Maxwell who is recently retired after a career spanning over 40 years. He has management and leadership experience in heavy engineering and mining. He spent 20 years in food manufacturing and is a qualified mechanical engineer. He had roles running a number of processing facilities. I am sure you will find lots of tips in this conversation.
